This time of year is usually when we start thinking about NEXT year — that’s right – 2009.

So while I know I’m ready to eat and shop and eat some more — I also know the questions that’ll be in the back of my mind:

  • How’s the economy going to affect my business?
  • What changes do I want to see over the course of the year?
  • How am I going to grow my business, reduce my debt, & be more profitable?

I’m betting these are the same questions that will nag you even as you pour the gravy over the mashed potatoes.

So here’s what I propose – this coming Wednesday Office Space Coworking is going to host a Pre-Turkey Day Wind Down.

We’ll have beer, wine & assorted munchies starting @ 1:30.

Then @ 2:30 I’ll give an overview of the 4 step planning process used by Toyota and other successful organizations to succeed in even the toughest economic environments.

It’s a simple process that doesn’t require you to fill out a 30 page report.

In fact, if done right – it’ll fit ONE PAGE and gives you ACTIONABLE steps and measures you can take to meet your business goals over the course of the next year.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s simple but not simplistic. There’s real thought behind it.

But having seen it in action both as the COO for a local publishing company and the founder of Office Space Coworking — I can assure you it’ll change the way you think about business planning and strategy.

So if you hate traditional business planning but want a solid game plan to make 2009 a success, please register for this free event.

Agenda:

1:30 – Food, Beverages & Banter
2:30 – Very Casual Presentation – 4 Simple Steps to Business Planning
3:00 – Round-table to share your thoughts & approach to business planning for your business

Then we just break and you’re welcome to hang out in the office, socialize & enjoy a cold beverage or two.
